Big Sky receives a financing commitment letter for High Place Church’s future church home in Merchantville, NJ. High Place Church, a growing multi-cultural, non-denominational church in Cherry Hill, NJ, hired Big Sky for brokering their financing and project management for design and construction services. With Bethel Baptist selling one of their properties, which currently houses their daycare ministry, Shining Lights, they will be relocating to the Koinonia Center where they will renovate 6,000 SF for their new home. Additionally, Bethel will be adding a 9,000 SF multi-purpose facility onto the worship center, which will comprise a gym for sporting events, a stage for drama, and a kitchen for their catered events.
