Big Sky receives a financing commitment letter for High Place Church’s future church home in Merchantville, NJ. High Place Church, a growing multi-cultural, non-denominational church in Cherry Hill, NJ, hired Big Sky for brokering their financing and project management for design and construction services. The commitment is for the purchase of an existing church and construction for renovations to meet their standards, which they hope to begin construction in the Spring of 2014. January 31, 2014

Bethel Baptist Church, of Cherry Hill, NJ, signs with Big Sky for their Construction Management Services. With Bethel Baptist selling one of their properties, which currently houses their daycare ministry, Shining Lights, they will be relocating to the Koinonia Center where they will renovate 6,000 SF for their new home. Additionally, Bethel will be adding a 9,000 SF multi-purpose facility onto the worship center, which will comprise a gym for sporting events, a stage for drama, and a kitchen for their catered events. January 27, 2014

Ryan was first elected to the board two years ago where he has enjoyed serving alongside people in both the public and private sector. Additionally, he serves on the Governing Affairs Committee, which identifies pending legislation that is important to the business community.

Being a member for two years, Big Sky has been very impressed the direction and increase of quality membership at the GCCC. Knowing that this event is the largest one in the chamber, it was a great fit for Big Sky to sponsor.

This new, state of the art, 50,000 SF building will include an indoor soccer field, a regulation high school sized basketball court, a youth center and party rooms that will be utilized for the congregation and the community.
